Service Description

This 8 session workshop will begin on Saturday, Nov. 8th at 10 AM. All classes will be held at The Soul Collective, 6042 E Valley Way, #6, Cave Creek, AZ. Classes will be every other Saturday until Feb. 14th (11/8, 11/22, 12/6, 12/20, 1/3, 1/17, 1/31 & 2/14) Sessions will be 2 hours long. We will cover the history of the divine feminine; self-care for the womb; your womb as a power center; sacred movement; how to work with your moon cycle & intentional menstruation; Womb healing journey and working with wounds; womb yoga; healing ancestral & sexual trauma; The Earth & Feminine synchronicities; Stages of a woman & rites of passage; Throat/ Womb Connection & reclaiming your womb/ body. An online chat will be available for the community to connect between classes. In addition to the workshop, you will receive a 1-on-1, 15 minutes phone call or Zoom between each session to check in.
