Service Description

This 8 session workshop will run in alignment with the Libra new moon on October 21st through the Full Moon in Virgo on Feb. 1st at 5 PM PST. Dates: 10/21, 11/5, 11/19, 12/4, 12/19, 1/3, 1/18 & 2/1). Sessions will be 2 hours long. We will cover the history of the divine feminine; self-care for the womb; your womb as a power center; sacred movement; how to work with your moon cycle & intentional menstruation; Womb healing journey and working with wounds; womb yoga; healing ancestral & sexual trauma; The Earth & Feminine synchronicities; Stages of a woman & rites of passage; Throat/ Womb Connection & reclaiming your womb/ body. We will have a virtual chat to connect as a community and use each other for questions and support. In addition to the online chat group, Katherine will have a 1-on-1, 15 minute check in in between each session either by chat or Zoom.
